Welcome to OpinionPadi (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile app, and services (together, the “Platform”). By using OpinionPadi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Who We Are
OpinionPadi connects participants who want to earn by sharing opinions with entrepreneurs and brands who need fast, honest feedback.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 16 years old to participate in surveys
- Be able to enter into a binding legal agreement
- Provide accurate, truthful information during sign-up
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
a) Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure
- All activity under your account
- Updating your information when it changes
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, spam, or abuse.
4. Using OpinionPadi
a) For Participants
- Answer surveys honestly and carefully
- Do not submit fake, incomplete, or misleading responses
- You will only be paid for approved responses
b) For Entrepreneurs & Brands
- Use the Platform for legitimate research only
- Do not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Respect participants’ privacy and do not attempt to contact them outside of the Platform without permission
5. Payments & Payouts
a) Participants
- Earnings will be credited to your account after survey completion and approval
- Payouts are made to Nigerian bank accounts or supported digital wallets once the minimum threshold is reached
- We may withhold payment for suspected fraudulent activity
b) Entrepreneurs
- You agree to pay for survey credits in advance
- Payments are non-refundable once a survey has been launched, except as required by law
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Platform for scams, harassment, or illegal activities
- Misrepresent yourself or your intentions
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Platform
- Resell access to OpinionPadi without permission
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the Platform belong to OpinionPadi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
We provide the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
OpinionPadi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
