Compliancy Account Deletion

If you want your OpinionPadi account deleted, please follow the steps below so we can verify your identity and securely remove your account information.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@opinionpadi.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
2. Include the phone number and email address linked to your OpinionPadi account.
3. If available, include your OpinionPadi username or participant ID to help us process your request faster.
4. We may contact you to confirm account ownership before final deletion.

What happens next

• We acknowledge requests within 3 business days.
• Verified deletion requests are completed within 14 business days, except where legal or fraud-prevention retention is required.
• After deletion, you will lose access to your surveys, earnings history, and account preferences.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law, financial reporting obligations, or dispute prevention. Retained records are restricted and protected according to our data protection policy.
